Traditional Movement Therapy
Active exercise depends on visible movement
Significant weakness can limit participation
Assistance adjusted through observation
Strength assessed separately
Exercises performed manually
Luna EMG® is an automated neurorehabilitation robot that uses reactive electromyography to support active movement training. It detects bio-electrical signals from the patient’s muscles and can use even limited muscle activity to encourage active participation, making training possible for patients with significant weakness.
Luna EMG®

The patient actively attempts the required movement.
EMG sensors capture bioelectrical signals generated by the muscles.
The system reacts to the patient’s muscle activity and supports the movement.
The patient repeatedly participates in active movement while performance can be measured and documented.
